Who We Are

The Tomorrow People Organization is a non-profit entity dedicated to fostering ethical education and promoting global well-being. Founded in 2002 in Belgrade, Serbia, we have expanded globally, hosting impactful programs on five continents and engaging individuals and communities from over 100 nationalities.
Our mission is to cultivate educated, ethical, and globally aware professionals who are committed to creating positive change. Through exposure to diverse perspectives and cross-cultural experiences, we aim to inspire personal and professional growth. We achieve our mission through international conferences, workshops, and collaborative projects. These programs bring together scholars, professionals, and policymakers to address critical issues related to happiness, well-being, and sustainable development. By fostering dialogue and encouraging innovation, we provide participants with the tools they need to drive meaningful change.
